• User authentication via Google OAuth or magic link
• Usage credit system for AI-powered features

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google OAuth or magic link authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Usage Credits and Limits

4.1 Free Credits

All users receive a limited number of free AI generation credits upon account creation. Guest users (without login) have access to basic features with limited AI generations.

4.2 Rate Limits

We implement rate limiting to ensure fair use and prevent abuse. Default limits are 5 requests per hour for AI-powered features. Excessive use may result in temporary suspension.

4.3 Future Paid Plans

We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future with additional credits and features. Any such plans will be clearly communicated with pricing and terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication and analytics), Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI (AI generation). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service, including AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying and validating all information before making business decisions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
